A little bit of the suburbs will be spending some time in the city this month while some of the city will take up residency in the suburbs during an art gallery swap between Glencoe’s Gallery 659 and Chicago’s ARC Gallery.

The Broadway Dreams Foundation is coming to Chicago July 30th - August 3rd to give a 4-day musical theatre intensive camp at the Gorton Community Center in Lake Forest. A concert will be given on Sunday evening August 3rd. This camp is designed for both children and adults who love musical theatre. Active Broadway actors teach and perform with the students. This year's teachers are the wonderful Hollis Resnik, Jarrod Emick, Jeremy Schonfeld and David Petro.
New Trier Township today announced the awarding of approximately $1.03 million in grants to social service agencies while at the same time earmarking $120,000 to fund innovative support programs and services through Projects of Township Significance (P.O.T.S.).
