The public is invited to attend the opening reception of the annual Vernon Hills High School Student Art Show. An awards ceremony will also be held at 7 p.m.

The show will also be open the following day from 8 to 11 a.m.

The exhibition will feature student works in a variety of media, including acrylic, oil and watercolor paintings, drawings of various media, sculptures, thrown and hand built pottery, several types of prints, and photography, including color digital, 35mm black and white, and computer generated images.
