Aug. 24 celebration marks completion of Oswego-Yorkville trail link

Free bike safety inspections, a bike parade and prizes for decorated bikes, food and music will all be a part of the celebration ceremonies at 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 24, at Mill Road and Allegiance to mark the laying of the last piece in a pedestrian/bike trail that unites the Village of Oswego and the United City of Yorkville.
