Sherwood School students in Highland Park were entertained Sept. 22 by Inspector Iwannano. The program reinforced the six pillars of the school’s Character Counts program: respect, trustworthiness, caring, responsibility, fairness and good citizenship.
They swam. They bicycled. The ran. They huffed and puffed around Oswego East High School. Most of them finished with a smile and lots of encouragement from parents, principals and other Oswego school personnel.
Seven children tromped around a shallow pool of river water near Hudson Crossing Park in Oswego shortly after 9 a.m. on June 26.
Oswego High School graduates let out a roaring cry of celebration as they tossed their caps towards the rafters in the school's gymnasium at the end of their commencement ceremony on June 2.
