New Trier Township Supervisor Patricia B. Cantor of Glencoe has graduated from the 2007 Township Officials of Illinois Leadership Academy program. The Leadership Academy, a joint venture of the Township Officials of Illinois and the Institute of Government and Public Affairs at the University of Illinois (IGPA), is a comprehensive leadership development program designed for Township officials and staff. The central focus of this program of study is critical thinking, problem solving, communications, planning, self-assessment and change.
