The Home Sweet Home Conference will provide practical resources for seniors, individuals with disabilities and their families. The conference offers a forum to meet with vendors, gain valuable insights from speakers, and take home practical strategies to maintain an independent lifestyle.
The Home Sweet Home Conference will provide attendees with information on support services, financial assistance programs, home modifications, and other resources. The keynote address will be delivered by Illinois State Representative Beth Coulson and will provide a summary of legislative issues affecting seniors and individual with disabilities and the impact on local communities.
